From the very beginning, we recorded live performances and rehearsal sessions from our artists — and even from bands who would later might become or not part of our roster. This project was created with the purpose of preserving and sharing their music in a raw, authentic form.
In 2010, we released the first five bootlegs as free download packs. We still have a considerable number of tapes waiting for future release, but over time our focus shifted toward other projects, temporarily putting this series on hold. However, we fully intend to return to it and make the remaining bootlegs available.
The ESW Bootleg Series will return soon, starting with digital distribution while keeping physical editions in mind.
The ESW Bootleg Series stays true to the original tape sound — which is exactly why it carries the name bootlegs. Listeners should not expect a polished or pristine studio sound; instead, these recordings offer an honest, unfiltered snapshot of each band at a specific moment in time.
Bootlegs released so far:
ESW.BTL.004 The SymphOnyx – One Last Dance
ESW.BTL.003 Love Lies Eternal – Until Now
